Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. Here's how to request deletion.

Your Right to Delete

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Karlendar fully supports this right and provides multiple ways to delete your data.

Option 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly from your settings:

  1. Log in to your Karlendar account
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion by entering your password

This will immediately remove your account and begin the data deletion process.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, send a request to:

privacy@karlendar.com

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief statement requesting data deletion
  • Any specific data you want deleted (or "all data")

We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

  • Analytics data: Page views, conversion metrics, and usage statistics

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion for legal and operational reasons:

  • Audit logs: Security-related logs retained for up to 90 days
  • Legal obligations: Data required for tax, legal, or regulatory compliance
  • Anonymized data: Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be retained
  • Backup retention: Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days

Third-Party Data

When you delete your Karlendar account, we revoke access tokens for connected services (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, etc.). However, data already shared with those services is governed by their own retention policies. You may need to contact them separately to delete data stored on their platforms.
